Assembly Stations

Stand-alone assembly stations are often the best choice when manual input is required as part of the assembly process.  Stations can vary from simple press applications, to manual assembly stations requiring component sensing. We can provide individual stations or linked multi stations reporting to a central control system.

Using our MCS range of aluminium profile we can design and manufacture assembly stations to your exact requirements. With our in-house design and manufacturing facility we can provide custom jigs, fixtures, tooling and semi-automated systems to facilitate with assembly or inspection applications.
